Copyright Policy

It shall be the policy of the Taunton Public Library Board of Trustees to adhere to the Federal 1976 Copyright Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and to post wherever and whenever applicable an abridged version of the copyright law of the United States, Title 17, United States Code, which governs the reproduction, distribution, adaptation, publication, performance, and public display of copyrighted materials.
